Ward Christmas Party

For the party, the Primary kids sang a couple of songs. Kaitlyn liked standing on the stage but didn't sing. Mostly she played shy. The last song she finally started singing 'Santa Claus is coming to town'. After she came back from singing, she told me that it was scary because there were a lot of people. Darn that stage fright. Happens to the best of em'.
Of course the highlight of the party for the kids, was getting to see Santa. Kaitlyn was really excited to talk to him this year. I had been asking her what she was going to ask Santa for this Christmas. She had been saying that she wanted a flute and a hula hoop. Imagine my surprise when she got up there and asked Santa for a pink drum. Don't know where she pulled that from. I hope Santa's elves can find a pink drum somewhere.
Jason really didn't care. He was somewhat curious, but that's about it. He didn't even cry. Maybe since he was good he'll get presents this year instead of coal.

I am sure Kate might get some coal after pushing Jason tonight.
